01 / The idea

Fewer tabs. More cooking.

Don’t just save a link.
Save a recipe you can actually make.

A recipe rarely arrives ready for your kitchen: the serving count changes, an ingredient is missing, or the cost does not fit. Varyu turns a scattered source into a clear, adaptable recipe.

02 / How it works

From any source
to your library.

One straightforward flow, with the original always available.

  1. 01

    Capture

Share a link with Varyu, or add text and up to six photos from your iPhone.

  2. 02

    Organize

Varyu identifies the title, ingredients, quantities, steps, servings, and source.

  3. 03

    Adapt

Adjust servings, budget, dietary profile, or ingredients you do not have.

  4. 04

    Save

Keep one organized recipe and return to its original version whenever you need it.

03 / Made for your kitchen

The same recipe.
Your way of cooking it.

Every adaptation explains what changed and why. Nothing disappears behind the AI.

Dietary profiles

Cook with someone in mind.

Create reusable profiles for restrictions and preferences, then choose which one to apply to each recipe.

Budget and region

A cost estimate that speaks your language.

Choose Budget, Balanced, or Premium and receive a guidance range in the currency and region you selected.

Available ingredients

Mark what is missing. All at once.

Select several ingredients with “I don’t have it” and request one coherent adaptation.

Original preserved

Change your mind without losing the recipe.

Compare each substitution, understand why it changed, and restore the original ingredient within the same recipe.

Local context

Global recipes, local decisions.

Varyu considers currency, units, ingredient names, and reasonable substitutions for your selected region.

More than saved recipes

A library that stays with you.

Find what you saved, share each recipe in the right format, and receive a notification when processing finishes.

Search your library

Find a saved recipe by name without scrolling through your entire collection.

Share it your way

Send a recipe as a PDF, text, or a read-only link. You can also allow an independent editable copy.

Carry on while it works

Leave the app while Varyu works and receive a notification when your recipe has finished being created or adapted.

04 / Privacy by design

Your recipes.
Your data.

Varyu is designed to keep your library private and process only what is needed to create and adapt a recipe.

Read about our privacy approach

Private library

Recipes and profiles are isolated by account. There are no public profiles or social network.

Temporary source photos

Photos used as sources are designed to be deleted after processing.

Private keys stay off your iPhone

Private keys for AI services are not embedded in the application.

05 / Clear information

Intelligent help.
Human decisions.

Varyu explains changes and flags uncertainty. Cost ranges are estimates for guidance, not real-time prices or inventory.

Dietary restrictions require review: Varyu is not a substitute for medical advice and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Go to support
Is Varyu available on the App Store?

Varyu is not publicly available on the App Store yet, but you can try the early-access iPhone version through TestFlight.

Which devices is Varyu available on?

The beta is a native iPhone app for iOS 18 or later. There is no Android version or web app.

Which recipe sources can I import?

You can import text, up to six photos, and supported public web pages. YouTube links receive assisted support when the public description contains enough information; otherwise, Varyu asks for text or screenshots.

Does an adaptation replace the original recipe?

No. Varyu keeps the original recipe within the same library item. You can review what changed and restore individual ingredients.

How can I share a recipe?

Varyu can prepare a recipe as a PDF, text, or a link. A link can be read-only or let the recipient create an independent editable copy without changing the source recipe.

Are the cost ranges live prices?

No. They are guidance ranges based on region, currency, and date. They do not represent a store's real-time prices or inventory.

Can Varyu guarantee that a recipe is safe for an allergy?

No. Varyu can apply restrictions and show warnings, but you must review ingredients, labels, and cross-contamination risks. Varyu is not a substitute for medical advice.
